This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, revisions, and refunds are processed. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. General Overview

All projects at One Media Creator begin with a thorough consultation, detailed proposal, and mutual agreement on deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Our work involves time, effort, and resources from the moment a project begins, and hence, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned herein.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Service Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@onemediacreator.com.
  • If the project is canceled before work has commenced, you are entitled to a 90% refund of the initial payment (10% retained as administrative cost).
  • If cancellation is requested after the project has started but before 50% completion, a 50% refund may be issued, depending on the work completed.
  • If the project is 50% or more complete, no refund will be applicable.
  • For monthly services (e.g., SEO, Social Media Marketing, AMC, etc.), cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

b. Cancellation by One Media Creator

We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time if:

  • The client delays communication or approvals for more than 30 days.
  • The client engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Payments are not made as per the agreed schedule.

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be at our sole discretion based on the work completed.

3. Refund Policy

a. Website Design & Development

  • Initial consultation or discovery fees are non-refundable.
  • If the project is canceled before design approval, up to 50% refund may be processed.
  • Once the design is approved and development begins, no refunds will be issued.
  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL, or third-party integrations are non-refundable under any circumstances.

b. Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing)

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, no refunds are provided once the campaign setup or first month of service has started.
  • Partial refunds are not available for early termination of ongoing campaigns.
  • Performance or ranking results are influenced by multiple external factors; therefore, guarantees or refunds based on results are not applicable.

c. Branding & Creative Design

  • Refunds are not available after initial design concepts have been delivered.
  • If a project is canceled before any design work has started, a 70% refund may be issued.

d. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

  • AMC fees are billed annually or semi-annually and are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage or termination during the contract period.

4. Revision & Delivery

  • We provide a fixed number of revisions as stated in each package. Any additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms will incur extra charges.
  • Delays in client feedback or content submission are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the transaction (bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, etc.).

6. No Refund Policy Applies To

  • Domain, hosting, or email services.
  • Third-party tools, software, or API costs.
  • Completed or delivered work.
  • Promotional discounts or custom offers.
  • Projects delayed due to client-side communication gaps or content delays.
